I was very lucky to have shot Wes + Meredith’s wedding. They were so photogenic and creative during their photos, it was a wedding photographers dream wedding. Meredith was constantly smiling and coming up with creative poses for every photo, it was so fun! I also found some cool ways to utilize my new lensbaby lens. Lots of great photos from this wedding.

In the Portland Beavers’ final game they won 6-5 followed by a standing ovation and a removal of home plate by the Beavers’ manager. It’s definitely a sad day in Portland for baseball fans but MLS is coming and they’ve rightfully won over the Portland fans. Below are a few picture I snapped.
Beavers vs Las Vegas

Beavs won! The second to last game to ever be played in Portland was a doozy! The 51′s had 5 errors, quite interesting to shoot. Sun kept creeping out in the middle of my shots so a lot of adjusting on the fly. I usually shoot in Aperture Priority mode but today I was focusing on Manual and just watching my shutter speed. Good day of shooting.
One of the pitchers from the Las Vegas 51′s decided to shoot some photos with my 2nd camera, eventually he started giving it to his teammates and posing for them. I came back an inning later and the auto focus was turned to manual focus and he was telling me that all the pictures are turning out blurry. Good stuff.
